Coastal Boot LLC use UPS for deliveries. Coastal Boot LLC will deliver online orders to APO/FPO addresses. Returns and Exchanges

If you need to return your item(s) email or call us at 1 (800) 972-7627 and we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA # via email and instructions where to send the item(s). Buyers will be responsible for return shipping fees. However, if you believe your item is being returned due to an error on our part, you may be eligible for free 30-day returns (typographical and pricing errors are excluded). Proof of error must be provided.
Returns must be sent using UPS. We cannot accept packages sent in using USPS.

Any worn shoes that are returned for warranty determination are subject to the warranty issued by the original manufacturer and are subject to manufacturer's terms and conditions. Items returned for warranty must be returned within 90 days of the original purchase date accompanied by a store receipt. Based upon the determination of the original manufacturer, Coastal Boot will issue a credit, refund or exchange for items returned for warranty determination. Warrantied items do not carry any new manufacturer's warranty.
